The mushroom features umbrella-shaped fruiting bodies with dark reddish-brown or white caps, slender stems, and a crisp, tender texture, along with a distinctive oil tea aroma. Rich in protein, 18 essential amino acids, polysaccharides, and minerals, it is internationally recognized as a highly nutritious and health-promoting food. Using a segmented temperature-controlled drying process, we preserve the mushroom’s active compounds while maintaining its natural aroma.
